Many of our athletes come to Girona for camps and training blocks, and a good position helps them go faster and stay healthy. You fit them in person, and your work carries through to their coaching and aero work. We are looking for a fitter or a fit studio in or near Girona.
What you will do
- Run in-person bike fits in Girona for road, time trial and gravel bikes.
- Work with each athlete's coach and our aero specialist, so position changes suit the training and the aero work.
- Give each athlete a written fit report with their measurements, so the position can be set up again on any bike.
- Check in after a position change to see how the athlete is adapting.
Who we are looking for
- A recognised bike fit certification, and fits done on racing cyclists.
- A fit studio or fit equipment in or near Girona.
- Experience with time trial positions within UCI rules is a plus.
- Professional indemnity insurance.
- Self-employed or trading through your own company, and able to invoice reset cc.
How you are paid
Revenue share. Athletes pay reset cc, and you receive a share of every payment for the work you deliver. The split is set out in your contractor agreement.
