1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases, subscriptions, and participation in coaching services, digital courses, and camps provided by Reset.cc (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”).

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Scope of Services

Reset.cc provides the following products and services:

  • Coaching Services: personalized training and performance guidance delivered online.

  • Digital Courses: educational programs, training systems, and informational materials accessible via Kajabi or other platforms.

  • Camps & Events: in-person cycling camps, performance experiences, and group training events.

Each service may have additional details or conditions outlined on its respective product page.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely via our designated payment processor.

  • Coaching: Subscription payments are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled.

  • Digital Courses: One-time payment due at purchase.

  • Camps: One-time payment due upon registration unless otherwise stated.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and current.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

4.1 Coaching Services
All coaching payments are non-refundable once the current month begins. You may cancel your coaching subscription at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal.

4.2 Digital Courses
Due to the instant-access nature of digital content, no refunds will be provided once content has been accessed. By accessing any digital course or material, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

4.3 Camps & Events
Because camps require advance reservations and non-refundable commitments, refunds will be provided as follows:

  • Cancellation 90+ days before start date: 75% refund

  • Cancellation 60–89 days before start date: 50% refund

  • Cancellation 30–59 days before start date: 25% refund

  • Cancellation less than 30 days before start date: no refund

In the event Reset.cc must cancel a camp due to force majeure (e.g., natural disaster, government restriction, safety risk), participants will receive a refund or credit at Reset.cc’s discretion.

5. Health & Fitness Disclaimer

All information, advice, and content provided by Reset.cc — including coaching, training plans, nutrition guidance, and digital materials — is for general informational purposes only.

Reset.cc and its coaches are not licensed medical professionals, dietitians, or certified personal trainers, and the information provided should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You should always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program, nutrition plan, or lifestyle change. Participation in any Reset.cc program or activity is at your own risk, and by engaging with Reset.cc products or services, you agree that Reset.cc will not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from your participation.

All course materials, training content, videos, branding, and written materials provided by Reset.cc remain the exclusive property of Reset.cc.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reset.cc disclaims all liability for damages, losses, or injuries resulting from participation in any program, event, or use of information provided. Under no circumstances shall Reset.cc be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

Reset.cc complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during checkout or through our website is used solely for order processing, account management, and customer support. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required to deliver purchased services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain and applicable European Union regulations.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Girona, Spain.
