Many riders have the fitness to race well and lose time on descents and technical roads. You run on-bike skills sessions in Girona, booked through the reset cc site, using our descending and cornering method, The Edge System.
What you will do
- Run one-to-one and small-group skills sessions on the roads around Girona.
- Teach descending, cornering, pack riding and gravel handling.
- Give each athlete clear notes on what to practise next.
- Work with the athlete's cycling coach where it helps.
Who we are looking for
- Excellent, safe bike handling, with racing experience on the road or gravel.
- Experience teaching skills to adult riders of mixed ability.
- A coaching qualification and a current first aid certificate.
- Based in or near Girona, or able to be here regularly.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Self-employed or trading through your own company, and able to invoice reset cc.
How you are paid
Revenue share. Athletes pay reset cc, and you receive a share of every payment for the work you deliver. The split is set out in your contractor agreement.
