Open reset in your city.
Run the weekly rides, coach the riders and build the community. reset runs the marketing, the newsletters, the bookings, the billing and the admin. No buy-in, no premises, and you are paid every month for the coaching you deliver.

A local fitness business, without the gym.
Your roads are the facility. reset brings the brand, the athletes and the back office. You run your city like any local coach: insurance, events, race days and travel are yours to fund. What you skip is the rent, the staff and the loan.
Running costs cover insurance, events, race days, travel and gear. Coaches you lead are signed and paid by reset, and you earn on top of your own coaching for leading them.

Before you apply.
Do I pay to open reset in my city?
No. There is no buy-in and no fee to reset. You are paid every month for the coaching you deliver.
How much of each payment do I keep?
Your terms are agreed with you directly. We share the full model on a call, under NDA, before anything is signed.
What are my costs?
The running costs of any local coach: insurance as an independent contractor, your kit, bike and equipment, and whatever your events, race days and travel cost. reset designs your event kit and runs marketing, newsletters, booking, billing and admin. There is no rent, staff, gym equipment or loan to repay.
Can I bring other coaches into my city?
Yes. Coaches you bring in sign with reset and are paid by reset. You lead them, run the rides with them and keep the standard high, and you earn on top of your own coaching for leading them.
Can I keep my existing clients?
We agree upfront, in writing, which clients move onto reset and which stay with you. Your terms for those clients are part of the same agreement.
Why does every rider sign up on the city site?
So every rider gets the same team: one place for weekly rides, coaching, membership and the flagship events. It is also how you get paid every month without chasing anyone.
Which cities are you opening?
Wherever the right person is. Apply and tell us your city.
Applications are open in any city.
