Movement & Performance Consultation
$110
/month
This session is an introductory 1-on-1 consultation with Pol Coll, a physiotherapist and movement specialist, focused on understanding your training background, movement patterns, and any recurring aches, pains, or limitations that may be affecting your performance.
The goal of this call is to build context around your history as an athlete and identify areas where movement quality, strength, or basic corrective exercises may help you train more comfortably and consistently. This is a general health and performance discussion, not a medical or physiotherapy treatment session.
During the call, Pol may guide you through simple movement observations or screens and suggest practical strategies or basic corrective exercises you can apply immediately. These recommendations are intended to support general movement quality and training longevity.
More advanced or structured corrective exercise programming can be discussed separately if appropriate, but this session is designed as a low-pressure first touchpoint to assess needs, provide direction, and explore next steps.
By the end of the call, you should have:
• A clearer understanding of your current movement limitations
• Practical ideas to reduce discomfort during training
• Simple exercises or adjustments you can implement right away
• Clarity on whether additional support would be beneficial
